I went to hear Jordan Rubin speak last night. He is promoting his newest book Perfect Weight America. I feel like what he said made perfect sense and I am going to read the book he gave us. More than anything I want to protect the health of my children. It can't hurt to start making better choices for all of us. Of course, Igot his signature in my book too.

25:366 Cemetary
One of the scrapping sites I visit Gotta Pixel has a photography challenge once a month. You photograph 8 particular images and then put together a layout. One of the requirements was a cemetary pic. The girls took a nap and I got to take this picture today. After a week of sickies it felt good to be out by myself for a bit.
