272 Day One dinner

Our church is doing a Daniel fast for the next 3 weeks. Ours is very modified...I need my dairy!

Dh and I are cutting out meat, sweets and caffeine.

It was a special day at church and the kids were encouraged to wear purple.

They got to bring the balloons home at the end of the morning.

Had a wonderful dinner out with Grammy

Came home and blew out my one candle on my awesome carrot cake. What a nice day!

267 New Modem

Our old modem is dead...according to the technician who came out Tuesday night.

I have been having slowness issues for a while and now we know it had been limping along for a while now. I can't believe how much faster my connection is now with this new modem. I am a totally happy surfer tonight!!!!!

It looks like fall here in the grocery stores.
I think it is finally starting to cool down here at night...during the day it is still WARM!
We just do not get the traditional fall season. No wonder it is not my favorite. lol

264 2nd tooth lost

Oh my goodness but is that not the cutest little hole in her mouth. lol

She lost her 2nd tooth today. It was wiggly before we left for church and then went out to lunch afterwards. She must have swallowed her tooth at lunch...because it was gone!

Somehow the tooth fairy still came to visit her though! ;)

Miss C lost her first tooth today.

I am 90% sure that this was her fist tooth she got in too. lol

People warned me that when they would have their hands in their mouth all the time.

The new teeth are already coming in should be soon that we have them both out!

Girls got up at 5:30 am this morning.

Miss A was a bit grumpy right before we left for the bus.

C and A have been a bit shy about ordering a hot lunch from the cafeteria.

I went down and had lunch with them today to give them moral support to get their first hot lunch. I think they have decided they have more time when they bring their own lunch and feel less rushed. But now they know in case I run out of time that they can get food at school.

246 Quiet Day

Today was a catch up day. After last week I needed time to take care of home stuff. The camera did not come out today.

Now that the girls are in school all day I have less photo opportunities. I need to figure out how I can take more creative photos.
