We went to the zoo today and had a blast. We saw animals walking around that are usually sleeping when we come. It was awesome and a perfect way to end 2007!

I am trying to teach my girls to be generous and consider others especially at Christmas.

They are totally loving drawing and coloring on the computer.

It hooks up through a USB port. It is password protected so they cannot access my files.

I think it is great for their hand-eye coordination.

The only drawback...I now have to share my computer even more. ;)

338 Five Year Check ups

Miss A

height: 39 inches

weight 33 lbs

She is in the 10th percentile for both and has been there consistently since birth.

Miss C
height 42 inches, weight 36 lbs

40th percentile for height and 30th for weight. Very consistent for her too.

Only one shot today the Chicken Pox 2nd booster. I think we are completely done with vaccines for several years. So much more information is available now versus when they were born, I might have done things differently. Praise God they both are happy and healthy children.

My girls are Five.

They had a blast at their party with all their friends.

I lovingly made these cakes for my girls. It probably will be the first and last time I attempt....it was fun but time consuming.

The girls loved their cakes though...made it all worth while.

333 Rainy days and Gingerbread People

A and C had to decorate these Gingerbread people this week for school. I gave them

my old scrapbooking supplies and they had a blast.

They were so proud of their work.

It hardly ever rains here and the girls wanted so badly to play with their umbrellas. Of course I had to take pictures.

331 Grandpa

My dad came over yesterday and brought the girls their birthday gifts and some yummy cookies. He stayed for dinner too. It was a nice afternoon.

329 Geo-Caching

A friend of mine has a small GPS....so we went Geo-Caching for treasure boxes at the local bird preserve. It was a marvelous day (Saturday....no pics today.)

We met up with an out of town friend and her boys and had a great time catching up and looking for the hidden boxes by gps coordinates.
